The PX37L is a dual purpose probe designed and tested to meet EN13485 when used with a C42 Digital Food Thermometer.

Use with the C42 for monitoring Air and Product temperatures of Quick Frozen Foods throughout the cold chain from transport to storage to sale.

There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross contamination.
